We offer worldwide shipping from our base in Belgium.

Processing Time

We believe good things take time, especially when they’re made with care for both people and the planet.

Because each product is crafted responsibly and often made to order, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped. We know that’s longer than you might be used to, but here’s why:

We produce in small, intentional batches
No overproduction, no waste, just carefully crafted surfwear made in limited quantities.

Every item goes through a hand-checked quality process
From stitching and fabric feel to embroidery and finishing touches, we inspect each piece before it leaves our studio.

Ethical manufacturing takes time
We work closely with responsible partners who focus on fair production, not fast production.

Made-to-order ensures freshness and precision
Some items are created specifically for you, meaning you always receive a clean, newly crafted piece.

We choose quality over speed
Rushed production leads to shortcuts and that’s not who we are. We take an extra moment so you can enjoy your surfwear for years, not months.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. In the meantime, thank you for supporting a slower, more sustainable way of doing things. We truly appreciate your patience and your values.


Delivery Times

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
    (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.)

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at support@chuchakisurf.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
