We offer worldwide shipping from our base in Belgium.

Processing & Shipping Time

For WAVE 3, we’re doing things differently, and intentionally.

Instead of rushing production, every piece is made and prepared with the attention it deserves. That means shipping for WAVE 3 takes up to 14 days. Not because we’re slow, but because we choose quality, responsible production, and limited quantities over mass production.

Here’s what happens behind the scenes:

Small, intentional batches
We produce in limited quantities to avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. Every piece is part of a carefully planned drop.

Carefully checked quality
Each item is individually checked for stitching, fabric quality, embroidery, fit and finishing touches before it leaves our studio.

Made with purpose
We work closely with ethical production partners and focus on creating pieces that are meant to last, not just for one season.

Worth the wait
Good clothing takes time. We’d rather take a little longer and deliver something you’ll truly love for years to come.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 🤍🌊

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

Belgium: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at support@chuchakisurf.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
