We offer worldwide shipping from our base in Belgium.

Processing & Shipping Time

We believe good things should arrive fast, without compromising on quality or values.

That’s why orders placed before our daily cutoff are shipped the same day.
No waiting, no unnecessary delays.

Small, intentional batches
We produce in limited quantities to avoid overproduction and waste, every piece has a purpose.

Carefully checked quality
Each item is hand-checked for stitching, fabric feel, embroidery and finishing touches before it leaves our studio.

Responsible production, ready to ship
We work with ethical partners and keep our stock close, so we can ship fast.

Quality over shortcuts
Fast shipping doesn’t mean rushed products. We make sure every piece is built to last. Worn for years, not seasons.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 🤍🌊


Delivery Times

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
    (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.)

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at support@chuchakisurf.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
